Carol MacNeill

Carol is someone who genuinely makes you feel like you're her only client. We moved to California on very short notice, and took a two day trip out to Fresno to see houses and find one that would work for us. We ended up only having one whole day available as we also had other business in Fresno, leaving us ONE DAY to look at houses in the area and decide on one that would not only work for us, but that would be ideal to live in. Carol met us at 9:00 AM and spent literally all day touring houses and arranging tours of houses for us. We didn't stop until it was literally dark outside. Carol has also ben really helpful with negotiating repair credits for the house we chose, finding people to repair for us, and offering advice that was really helpful as first time home buyers. Carol is a well-connected property professional and anyone would be lucky to have her. It is clear that she spends her days living and breathing her career, and we are beyong grateful.

Carol made a great first impression by going an extra step in her introduction with providing sales information up front. She was very personable and professional. Once in contract, Carol was able to provide resources to make the transaction seamless.
