Ginny listens to what you want and once she knows what you want she goes after it. Very diligent in finding the right home. She also was just as diligent in the selling of my home. The research she did for coming up with the right price was very skilled.

This review is LONG overdue. In January, 2014, The house she helped to sell was my father's. I chose her because her profile indicated that she was like an 'energized bunny'. AND she was! She gave my sisters and me the advice we needed to prepare the house for sale, She assisted in getting stuff moved out when we couldn't (we all live out of town and my dad had moved to assisted living). She was able to help us sell the place within a week or so of it going on the market. I was very impressed with her professionalism and was very thankful for all of her help. I highly recommend Ginny!
