Aaron Ravdin

Aaron Ravdin is a second generation REALTOR and managing partner at D.R. Real Estate Brokers, Inc. Aaron is a Colorado native and sells real estate along the Front Range from Greeley to Castle Rock. Since becoming a REALTOR Aaron has become passionate about protecting homeowners and their rights and has served on numerous committees and taskforces at Aurora Association of REALTORS, South Metro Denver REALTOR Association, Colorado Association of REALTORS, and the City of Aurora. While Aaron has a diverse background in many types of real estate sale transactions, his specialty in distressed properties. Aaron has successfully negotiated and closed hundreds of short sale transactions with over 80 major different financial institutions and regularly handles complex transactions with multiple liens, Judgments, and title issues. Aaron works hard to bring outstanding professionalism to the industry, which includes exemplary performance in education, service, and sales.
