We've known Lisa since we moved to Colorado in 1986. She found us our first place to live. It was an instant friendship right from the start. When we were ready to move again, Lisa was there and was so very helpful. She took all the work out of it - she emailed places for us to look at and when we found one, she managed all communications and took care of all the paperwork. She has the most welcoming, friendly personality - ready to help however she can. Our move went about as perfect as it could from emails to actually settling into our place. Lisa has helped us sell and buy property in the Vail Valley for over 30 years. In spite of our friendship, we wouldn't keep hiring her if she didn't get results. She drummed up so much advance interest in the house we sold in 2018 that the photos weren't even published in the MLS before we had an offer. And closed 30 days later. Everyone who has hired Lisa (at our recommendation) has had a great experience. There are hundreds of excellent realtors in the Vail Valley, and many that we know personally, but we would never consider hiring anyone except Lisa.
