Heidi did a great job selling our house. It was not an easy one to sell up 2.5 miles of switchbacks at 8,600 ft. The house was on the market 2 years with another realtor and we got a contract on the house 6 months after she signed on with us. Heidi is extremely professional,organizedand highly energetic. She worked hard to build a brochure and website with good pictures, held several open houses, and maximized all marketing opportunities. She personally attended every open house and showing, even rearranging her schedule to do so. The final contract came through Labor Day weekend but she was there at the house almost the whole weekend speaking with clients. The focus, energy, and commitment she brought to the sale were what set her apart. Heidi is a long time resident of the Vail Valley, anavid skier and horsewoman who knows the area well with many connections in the community.
