About
Born in Ontario, Canada, Kim relocated to Colorado and then onto the charming Victorian Town of Breckenridge in 1976. Upon her arrival, Kim jumped right into real estate sales after completing one year as a real estate assistant at Moore & Company. Kim received her real estate license over 30 years ago and is one of the few realtors in Breckenridge with so much local experience. She’s seen the town and community through expansions, growth and new development and has been connecting people with their dream homes all along the way. As a founding Partner establishing Breckenridge Associates in 1999, Kim has been appointed Managing Broker two different times during her tenure.
