Edwin Hissa was the best thing to happen to my husband and I in the home buying process! It took us 6 months to find our dream home, and Edwin was there every step of the way. Edwin was different than other realtors we first worked with due to his willingness to not only be dedicated to finding us the perfect home, but also ensuring we were comfortable and up to speed with all the steps of the buying process. There is no other realtor we would recommend in the Denver area. Throughout the 6 months we worked with Edwin, he became more than just an agent, but a trusted friend.

Edwin was super responsive from the get go and we were able to visit our first house the next day from our initial call. We explained to Edwin our timeline and he used this entire time to educate us on the market (best areas, school districts, market value appreciation. Edwin has been extremely patient with us and answered the multitude of questions we had (probably over 100 questions and details). He never made us feel we were bothering him. His advice and experience enabled us to close our house at a better cost than the appraisal which of course pleased our lender and ourselves. We also managed to have our seller accommodate quite a few fixes before taking possession of the keys! As a first time home buyer, the process can be overwhelming and having a professional like Edwin on your side makes it much easier. I can not recommend enough Edwin's services whether it is your first home or simply a new purchase.
