The hard work and dedication provided by Bill Lockett was outstanding from start to finish. As a deployed service member of the armed forces, who is starting to transition to civilian life in the Chaffee County area; I was nervous (as most people) to start the home buying process. Bill included me on every aspect of the process and answered all of my questions ensuring my confidence every step of the way. He also took into account the time difference of my location and the Colorado local time to ensure we met deadlines and the appropriate paperwork was completed in a timely manner. There were multiple moving parts and people in my home buying process and Bill was able to coordinate with everyone to get the job done.
