I chose Lisa because of the good reviews she had received. I was totally dependent on her for everything as I could not go out to Colorado. I cannot say enough good things about her! She was so knowledgeable, so thorough, so fast, so ready to help no matter when I contacted her, day or night, even when she was on vacation! In my opinion, she is the ultimate professional ! She showed great knowledge and patience in leading me through the process, right down to the end. I'm so glad that I chose Lisa to do this work for me. She and her husband were both so helpful in the selection process. They are very knowledgeable about the area and took me to several properties I liked. Lisa's knowledge of the area was very help and she made sure I found just the right property for me. When I realized I wouldn't be in the area as much as I had expected, I called her to list the property. Again, super helpful. I am out of state, so she and her husband checked on the property for me. She did a great job getting good pictures and writing up a great description. I felt like she was always on my side and listening to my wishes and concerns. We are from Kansas and were in the Canon City area looking for mountain property. Lisa took the time to listen to what my wife and I were interested in and then directed us to properties she thought we might like. Sure enough, within 6 months we purchased one of the acreages she brought to our attention that very first call. Lisa always followed up quickly and answered every question we asked. We are very pleased. To top it off. We never met Lisa face to face! We did all of this over the phone and through e-mails. That is a lot of trust to place in someone you have never met.
