Amy Lee has assisted our family on four separate sales and purchases of real estate in the greater Denver area. We keep going back to her because we know her to be honest, responsive, protective of our interests, highly knowledgeable, incredibly trustworthy, a great sense of humor during stressful times, and always with responsible follow through. I worked with Amy Lee not only to purchase my first home, but again to sell it after I completed the renovation. I really cant say enough good things about her. She is knowledgeable, approachable, personable, endlessly patient, and incredibly generous with her time (including mornings, evenings, and weekends over the course of several months). She answered every question and explained every form and every part of the process clearly and thoroughly. Buying and selling my home was very challenging due to problems with the HOA, but working with Amy made it as painless and straightforward as possible. I highly recommend her... We were re-locating to Colorado from Minnesota, and we had precious little time to shop for houses. We gave Amy a list of our wants and needs and she was MORE than ready for my wife when she arrived in Denver. Like a hurricane, Amy whisked my wife from house to house, knowing right away if each house was worth a deeper dive. She found the PERFECT house on the first day, it was uncanny. Amy LISTENS to what YOU want... she doesn't try to push a house onto you, she works WITH you to find what you're looking for. I'd hire her again in a second, but we plan to stay here for a LONG time! :)

I met Amy going door to door in my neighborhood for listings, but was not interested in selling at that time. Impressed very much with her, about a year later I did call and list with her. We sold that house very quickly at over top price per sq ft in that area. Again I called her about selling another house last fall. That house again sold the first weekend listed for above top dollar. Consistently though both sales Amy went above and beyond in Sales, Communication, Marketing, Data collection and just anything necessary to sell the houses...not matter what that was. She is cheerful, highly aggressive, confident and most importantly wants you to sell quickly, for the highest dollar available. If she doesn't know the answer, she will not stop until she gets it for you. Well...she is sort of like dealing with a family member and you know what that means in selling your house don't you?? She is the best....period!!!!

We relocated from out of state and Amy Lee helped us every step of the way. She is very knowledgeable with a lot of areas in Colorado, which was a great help for us. She takes the time to get to know her clients and learn what they are looking for with their house purchase. Amy Lee actually found the house which checked all of the boxes on our "must have" list and we ended up purchasing it. It is our dream home and I am so happy she found it for us! Amy Lee went above and beyond during our buying process and I am very thankful for that. If there was a hiccup in the transaction, she was quick to get it resolved and minimize our stress in the buying process. Her communication and professionalism are excellent, I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell.
