Simply put, we felt protected cared for from the first call by someone who obviously knew her stuff! She always either answered the phone right away or called back shortly. She never wasted our time with homes that were not within our criteria we needed. We found Linette Welch after we had a bad experience with another realtor not being honest and hard to contact. She was extremely patient and blessed us with insight on of all sorts struggles we ran into with other parts of our lives. Moving to an area we knew nothing about was hard . Linette did all she could to make it better! Honestly, there's no way to write it all that she did for us (that's how much). She also went out of her way to help us search on our schedule, even during the holidays! I often felt over demanding, but she never made me feel that way ;) At our request, she even prayed with us about which home to choose! I wholeheartedly recommend Linette Welch!!

I have to say my experience with Linette was so much more than I could have ever imagined. Not only did she make my search easy , She also made it fun. We looked at many properties. I have to admit that I had gotten discouraged at times. Linette kept telling me I will know when it's right when I see it. She was right, We walked through the door and this was it. I knew immediately! She was there through the whole process and then some. I still hve had some questions. She's still here for me. I guess my point is she cares. Linette was very understanding throughout the selling process, keeping in mind how stressful this can be and assuring my husband and I that we would get through it. She knew what improvements were needed to get top dollar for our home and what things were unnecessary. Linette's knowledge of the market and housing prices in our area was uncanny. She listed our home at $350,000; while we were offered more than asking, our house appraised at the $350,000 which she originally recommended. If we are to ever move back to Colorado, we will DEFINITELY utilize Linette's services to purchase our home.
