David Wick

David, after 26 years in the US Air Force, retired in Colorado Springs. He understands the military demands and stresses that are put upon a military family during a move. He has helped make the move as smooth as possible for many military families. Even before retiring from the military, he would discuss the benefits of homeownership with his troops. He fell in love with the climate of this region and quickly decided to make Colorado Springs his new home. Colorado Springs and the local mountains afford some of the most scenic trail networks for the public to use. He would spend a lot of his spare time running the different trails in the Colorado Springs area when he was not working in real estate. David believes that Real Estate is a people to people business. By meeting with their clients face to face they are able to take down exactly what they are looking for. This enables them to understand the client’s needs and offer a variety of ways that they can help their clients.
