My fianc and I were looking into buying our first home and the experience couldnt have been easier with Dinny! She listened to our wants/needs and found something that catered to both of our styles (I like historical/timeless while Chris loves modern/sleek). She not only found the perfect house for us, but went above and beyond to make sure the process was smooth. She took time looking through the entire home to find anything that could potentially cause issues down the line and had them fixed for us to ease our stress. My husband and I worked with Dinny for over a year and she was fantastic the entire time! We told her what we were looking for and that we weren't in a hurry. We had time and could afford to be patient and wait for the perfect property. My husband flew from Texas to Colorado Springs twice to meet with Dinny and look at properties. She worked with our schedule and never once told us no - never once told us she was busy with another client. She was never pushy and never tried to show us properties that she knew did not fit our desires. Once we found the property we wanted she worked non-stop to help us get it squared away. We flew out twice more (once to get another look at the property and again to close). She just made everything so easy for us. We were so grateful for this, especially since so much of it had to be done long distance. She offered to check on the property for us while we were away and even offered to watch our son. She is amazing and so dear to us.

I went through over a dozen real estate agents before I found Dinny. We outlined what I liked and disliked, what was important, and what would best suit me. After looking at hundreds of houses online and quite a few in person, Dinny found me the new-build house of my dreams. She worked amazingly right from the beginning and made sure I was up to date and on track all the way through the closing process. I cant thank her enough. I recommend her wholeheartedly.
