Jeanine is a outstanding realtor! She goes beyond just listing or finding you a home. Jeanine will help her clients through the entire buying or selling process of your home. We believe when it comes to selling or buying a home your first call should be to Jeanine Alexander! She even helped us when we moved out of the state.

Jeanine helped us first, with the purchase of our current home, and later, with the sale of our former home. We gave her a list of what we were looking for in a new home and she came back with a number of homes that fit most of the criteria but for some reason or another didn't quite fit. Late one afternoon she called and said she had found the "perfect" home for us and could get us in to see it that night. The home hadn't yet been officially listed. From the pictures she sent we were excited and as soon as we walked in the door we knew for certain that she had nailed it. She listened to us, knew what we were looking for, found it and got us in quickly so we could beat anyone else to the punch... which we did. Jeanine then helped us a couple of months later sell our former residence.

Jeanine was absolutely amazing to work with. She is kind, smart, professional, hard working, intelligent, intuitive, and made great recommendations throughout the entire process. Our house needed a variety of work prior to listing, and she had all the right contacts lined up to knock everything out with quality and speed. She did all the final touches to prepare the house, made the arrangements for contractor access, and put together an awesome listing. I was amazed at how effortless she made it seem, especially as I was out of state, and she exceeded all my expectations for the sale. She absolutely went above and beyond to help us on the sale, and I honestly can't imagine finding a better realtor to work with. I would gladly work with her again if given the opportunity. When the multiple offers started flooding in, Jeanine was able to help us evaluate the entire offer rather than just look at the bottom line. The closing was seamless.
