The seller's realtor was slow & inaccurate, so Lynn stepped in to help move things along, get things corrected & coached the other realtor! When the other realtor missed a deadline that basically meant the contract was void, Lynn stepped in to salvage the contract at 1 am! She went above & beyond! She gifted me the most beautiful new home gift & has become a friend to me! Even though the other realtor could have caused a horrible experience, Lynn stepped up to make the frustration as smooth as possible for me.

Lynn Rivera was our property manager first and then became our Real Estate agent as we purchased additional properties. She was an excellent manager developing relationships with the tenants. Because of this, she became aware of issues in the early stages saving us money for major repairs. As our agent she assisted us in purchasing three additional income properties. She listened to our criteria and only sent us homes meeting that criteria, rather than just listings. She fought for our interests with the home inspection reports. She was able, in most instances, to have things repaired, price lowered or shared expenses with the owner for a major repair. She has excellent communication skills and always kept us up to date with the process. She responded quickly to any questions. We would highly recommend Lynn.
