Sylvia Jennings

We've known, and worked with Sylvia for two decades, having purchased two homes in Colorado Springs, and more recently sold Mom's condo. Sylvia is experienced and savvy about real estate in general (and people), and the COS market specifically. She's always on time and prepared and she works with other terrific professionals. Besides all that, she's really fun to be with. When we purchased our daughter's home, the market was nuts, and Sylvia walked us through it successfully. We managed to land the second home that we bid on in the area we wanted. Selling Mom's home this year, Sylvia helped again and obtained a price $50K higher than a neighboring home that had sold only two months earlier. I simply cannot imagine working with a different realtor.

My wife and I worked with Sylvia when we moved to Colorado Springs from Washington state a few years back. She was a real pleasure to work with as we looked to find a house. We ended up loving the neighborhood, and when we went to sell it we looked her up again and she helped us out. Just like the last time, she was wonderful to work with. I would highly recommend her if you are looking to buy or sell as you could not ask for a nicer person to work with. You really couldn't.
