I am so very happy that I ended up choosing Dawn Howe as my realtor when decided to sell my Crested Butte home during this absolutely crazy 2021 market. I kept hearing so many positive things about Dawn, not just around town and among my local acquaintances, but also in my particular complex where she had very recently represented both buyers and sellers. Once I signed up with Dawn, she carefully planned a strategy for the sale of my place. As it turned out, she ended up being spot-on regarding when to put my place on the market, what a realistic asking price would be, and what changes/improvements I needed to make so it would show well. It was listed for only 2 days, had multiple showings and I ended up choosing from several very strong offers. As I got to know Dawn, I found her to be, not just an extremely professional and savvy real estate agent, but also a good, kind and ethical person.

Dawn just helped us buy a condo in Mt Crested Butte and she was great to work with! First, she did a great job negotiating with the seller to get us a really good price quickly and easily. Then like many (or most) real estate transactions there were some unexpected bumps along the way, and Dawn did an excellent job of helping us navigate through them to close on time. I highly recommend Dawn and we will definitely use her again if we ever have a need for a realtor in the CB area again.

Dawn Howe is a dedicated and professional realtor. She has lived in the area for so many years that she knows the area inside and out. She helped me get the most money for my two properties. Since I live out of state she made several trips to the condos and gave me ideas on how best to present them to buyers. I would hire Dawn again with no hesitation.
