I have been in the Real Estate business since 1992. I am a native of Colorado. I know the outlying suburbs and more importantly the economical scenarios of each of the various surrounding communities and their school districts. These vary immensely and are important when it comes time for resale. I feel what my clients find most valuable, setting me apart from competitors, is my extensive knowledge of how the true home mechanics function. As a compliment to my knowledge, I have also been flipping properties for 25 years. I do 85% of the work myself with a small crew and understand the cost of repairs needed. We review, with our clients, any critical expensive home items that may require attention prior to even a writing a contract. Knowing what goes on behind the walls is a key factor when owning a home. My company also takes great pride in customer service, we work at our clients pace. When you are ready to GO, we make ourselves available to our clients 7 days a week.
