Alex was very knowledgeable about the comps in the neighborhood. He was very helpful in providing staging advice prior to the open house. He listed the house and did a coming soon, which seemed to drive up the interest. Several neighbors commented on how much they liked his signage. During the process he informed me of each step, so that there were no surprises. He answered all questions in a timely manner. He sold the house for over asking price on the first day of showings.
