David J. O'brien

Dave been involved in real estate since moving to Denver in 2001. Daves combination of technical knowledge, proficient problem solving, and communication skills provide his clients with a competitive advantage and a trusted advocate when making decisions regarding their real estate needs. Prior to real estate, Dave worked in the design world as a consulting structural engineer. A graduate of Clarkson University in New York with a Bachelor of Science and Master of Engineering degrees in Civil/Structural Engineering, Dave extensive experience designing residential and commercial structures. Dave enjoys taking advantage of Colorados great outdoors whenever possible. He is an avid cyclist and backcountry skier and also enjoys backpacking and climbing. He lives within the Berkeley neighborhood of Northwest Denver with his wife Jennifer, daughter Abigail, and son Carter.
