My daughter recently purchased her first condo using Katie as her realtor. I got to tag along as "consultant" and mom. I am so impressed by Katie's breadth of knowledge about central Denver condos. Katie has been a delight to work with. As first time home buyers we were anxious about finding the right house for us. Since the moment we met she was friendly and eager to help us. We met on a Friday late afternoon, she took the time to walk us through all the steps in the buying process. By the next morning she was ready to drive us around the neighborhoods we liked and showed us several properties she had made appointments with. She has extensive knowledge about the real state market in Colorado and guided us through the process. She was in constant communication with our loan officer and we were able to secure one of the lowest rates in the market. It was a seamless experience. Completely trustworthy and responsive. I've worked with Katie twice during the past two years and both experiences were excellent. She has a good knowledge of the area, listens to what you're looking for, takes the time to find the right properties to view, and goes out of her way to make sure you have a good experience. We live out of state, and Katie helped us find a condo fitting our requirements. Most recently, she found a nice house for our daughter. Katie was always available to answer any questions, navigate the process, and offered to do what was necessary. Both purchases happened quickly. Besides that, she's very enthusiastic, personable and pleasant. We would work with Katie again.

Katie is very professional and fun. She will put your needs first but she will be ultra honest with you. She cares about you having the home you want and love! She checks-in with us to this day to make sure we love where we live!
