Working with Mike to purchase my magnificent condo in the historic country club neighborhood region of Denver, and with Melodee six and a half years later to sell it, were the two best experiences I had ever had with real estate transactions. (She was also my agent when buying my last home.) It was a long, tedious process, but Mel was so patient with me until we could find the perfect home. We looked at a LOT of houses, she wrote a LOT of offers that didnt pan out, but she is hardworking, straightforward and is great with dealing with the sellers agents.
