Stacey was such a pleasure to work with as a first-time home buyer. There are so many aspects of buying a home that were not known to us and Stacey was wonderful at explaining things we did not understand and helping us prepare. First, she really understood what kind of home we were looking for in our price range and worked hard to show us properties that matched our wishes. Second, she was very knowledgeable about different neighborhoods in the Denver Metro area, what home prices were in comparison to the homes we were looking at and whether or not we need to act quickly on a house we really liked. We never had to put multiple offers because Stacey provided such good information. She made the application process easy, managed everything with the other realtor and homeowner so we did not have to, and communicated with our mortgage lender when there were issues. We plan on being in our home for a while, but will definitely use Stacey again and recommend her to our friends and family.

Stacey was great to work with and I highly recommend using her for your next sale or purchase. She is super knowledgeable on the market, experienced, gives great advice on critical parts of the process and is fun to work with. Stacey is on time and flexible with her schedule. She is very responsive (which is becoming rare these days) and proactive when there are critical decisions or deadlines to be made. She doesnt just use email communication but is more hands on and checks in throughout the process frequently. Negotiations went smooth. There is nothing that can substitute for an experienced real estate agent and youll be happy to have Stacey on your side!

In buying my home, Stacey took a very unique approach with a property that had been withdrawn from the market. The seller had attempted to list and sell his property in a sellers market, but had been represented by listing agents that were not able to understand the daily volatility of the Denver market. Stacey did a cold contact at the expired listing, and was able to work both sides of the transaction, being very professional, knowledgeable, and was very detailed in all contract issues.

Really really like working Stacey. She was an excellent guide through the process of buying and selling. Her knowledge is deep and broad in all aspects of the transactions: contracts, mortgage/lending, title, and the local market dynamics.
