Wasn't looking forward to selling my house. Have not had great experience in the past as I always felt like I had to push the agent. Working with Vashti Rael was amazing and a completely different experience. She went through the house, identified critical items to correct, managed the work and communicated effectively so that I knew what was going on. She didn't recommend over spending on the front end but was extremely rational. Vashti moved quickly and the entire process was painless. She was aggressive with the listing price and outlined a plan to modify so that the house didn't stay on the market too long.
