Moving to GJ from out of town, we depended upon Becky to help us find the right home in the neighborhood that would be the best fit for our retirement. Not being familiar with many local resources in Grand Junction, we also relied on her expertise to help us get a feel of the different areas, locate the best mortgage lenders (the one we chose was excellent), inspection sources, and also other local resources. She listened and was responsive to our needs, and we would definitely use her again if we ever move. However, we are very happy with our home and do not plan to move anytime in the near future. We are grateful for Becky's work, attentiveness and follow-through.

Becky went out of her way to help me negotiate on a HUD house. When she didn't have an answer for one of my many questions, she'd simply state "I'll get back to you on that". Then she did so in a very timely manner. She was thorough, friendly, and was a great facilitator between myself and the other parties (Becky helped me buy a house, and also sold my house at a later date). When potential buyers for my house expressed concern about weeds along a fence, Becky even came over and pulled them...I was 250 miles away at the time. Now that's service!
