Mary Ann went far above and beyond all expectations during my interactions with her. Because I live in an assisted living facility and had given up driving, she was always willing to come to my apartment for any meetings, etc.; she was also very agreeable to taking me out to my house so I could pick up additional items that I had not been able to bring with me when I moved. Mary Ann, in my opinion, went well beyond the normal for me. She kept in constant communication with me, throughout the process of listing and selling my home.
