My work/career background goes back to owning and operating 3 hardware store / lumberyards back in Michigan (1973-2003). In 1998 I started doing some real estate deals, buying and selling property and homes for myself and when I sold the lumberyards, I went full time into working with the public. Along the way I earned a builder license and enjoyed building 4 homes and then, CRASH! The Great Recession changed the landscape and put me on a new path that brought me out here to Denver.
