Christy obtained her Colorado real estate license in 2018. Soon afterward, she became the first agent without any prior experience ever hired by The Ingram Team thanks to her background in education and training. She primarily works in the greater Denver Metro Area but also works in Colorado’s Summit County. As part of The Ingram Team at LISTINGS.COM in Denver, Colorado, Christy specializes in divorce real estate and trust and will estate settlements. Both require her to engage as a neutral party with professionals across disciplines including judges, lawyers, mediators and other specialists.
