Desiree Banka Rothenberger

I was born into the real estate industry. My mother has been a REALTOR for 45+ years. I grew up folding flyers, walking neighborhoods and sitting open houses with her and helping in her real estate office. My first year of college I worked at a real estate office and began life in the title insurance industry in 2000. I briefly held a license in 2005-2006 but then returned to title insurance. Now older & wiser, I made the decision in 2023 to pursue my dream and passion in real estate, taking all that I've learned from the title insurance side with me. I am proud to be partnering with my mother, Sonda "Sunny" Banka, who is well known & respected locally and nationally for her professionalism and contributions to real estate leadership, education & political advocacy, and taking care of her clients.
