Kim Gil

Kim is absolutely amazing. She helped us find our very first home and in an insanely competitive market, and went completely above and beyond to make sure we got the home of our dreams. We were complete newbies to homebuying, and she was there every step of the way to answer any and all questions we had. She is professional, responsive, attentive, kind, and she genuinely cares about her clients as people and making sure they are 100% happy. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor!

Kim was the absolute best realtor a homebuyer could ask for. We were first time homebuyers and had no idea what the process was like, what the terms meant, how offers worked, almost none of it at all. Kim was very patient and explained everything to us (sometimes multiple times if we didnt understand) was easy to get ahold of, whether over text, phone calls, or in person. Kim was patient with all of the houses that we wanted to see & offers we wanted to put out. We had an offer that was accepted & came back with a bad inspection, leading us back to the drawing board, thankfully led us to another house that we loved significantly more. Kim went above & beyond, talking us up to different sellers & making the personal connection to truly highlight who we were as a couple, apart from just someone submitting an offer (which was a reason the sellers chose us!). I would recommend Kim to anyone looking to purchase property, she was absolutely incredible we are beyond thankful for having her!

We started looking at homes in January 2020 and the market was crazy but Kim always had such a positive attitude and she listened to exactly to what we wanted and we got a brand new house that was only a mile from our old place. When we got to sell this one or if anyone of our friends and family are looking, we give them her info.

When I was moving she bent over backwards to get me a great deal on my house, help me pay for a plumber for the new person to check out things and just all around did whatever she could just to make sure my transition from home buyer to home seller went flhome seller went flawlessly. She also helped me get the house and she also did a great job and helped me through that process without knowing how to buy house as well. She is knowledgeable and helpful and just an all around wonderful realtor! I would recommend her in a heartbeat!

It was awesome working with Kim, she helped awnser every question we had and we never felt pressured! Would definitely recommend her to anyone!
