Robert Anema

Robert has helped us with two properties. He helped us purchase an empty plot of land and sell our townhouse. In both cases Robert was professional and super helpful. When buying our vacant land, Robert went out of his way to find out needed info about our well and surveys that we were unaware we needed. He researched the geographic area and researched vacant land sales to insure we were not overpaying. When we sold our Townhome, we told him we wanted to move it somewhat fast but did not want to set a low price. Robert recommended a good price that was not low, but one he thought would move it in that current market. Our home was only on the market 2 weeks, and he negotiated a good closing.
