Kimberly was a great help to a new home buyer. She provided an external view that helped me hone in my search and identify what characteristics were truly important to me in a house. She provided insight and coaching throughout the process, from the initial search through closing, that put me at ease and gave me a clear idea of what to expect along the way. She was considerate of my impressions of a house, but was quick to say when a property was not a good buy, citing concerns that I may have missed. I have worked with Kimberly twice now... Once as a first time home buyer, and once as a first time home seller. In both cases, Kimberly was the hero of the story. She walked me through how to get my home ready to list, gave expert advise (which I chose to follow), brought in a professional photographer (who did an amazing job), and continually went the extra mile. The end result of her hard work? My old home was on the market for one weekend with multiple offers. Kimberly is so much more than an excellent RE Agent, she is a genuinely wonderful human being, who really cares about you as person, not just as a client. She has great integrity and heart, and infectious optimism - coupled with great acumen in her work and an enviable level of energy!
