Penny Radulovich

We love this woman!! Penny helped us find our Highlands Ranch home when we relocated from Nashville, TN. She asked for a list of needs and a list of wants then combined them with her extensive knowledge of the area to put us in the perfect spot for our little family. She was thorough, quick, and fought for our best interests on every front. Throughout our time in CO, Penny kept in touch by saying Hi when she was nearby (or even saw a property that reminded her of us) and letting us know about great opportunities and deals (skiing, concerts, etc). When we had to relocate out-of-state just a short two and a half years later, Penny was a huge support system for us. She recommended a RE/MAX Realtor in AZ, whom we ended up using. She also took care of everything you could possibly think of when selling our home so all we had to worry about was packing up our things. She went above and beyond and over the moon for us. We will always have her on speed dial for our realty needs!

We started working with Penny when our oldest was just 9 months old. We were relocating from Wisconsin to Colorado and we needed to find a home. Our oldest is now 15 and we are in our 3rd Colorado home. Penny has helped us with each of our Colorado moves - both on the buying and selling end of things. Three years ago, my parents decided to retire in Colorado. Penny helped me find the perfect home for them in the perfect location - just 6 houses down from our house! For almost 15 years now Penny's been a great friend and adviser. (I first started working with them in 1998. They have since relocated to Houston. I introduced them to a wonderful Realtor and they purchased a fabulous home. We are in constant communication. I am currently getting ready to list her parent's home.)

I was relocated from Iowa in 1998 with my two young sons and knew nothing about the Denver area. My main concern was finding a home in a good neighborhood with excellent schools. Penny really listened to what was important to me and found the perfect home for my family. We have remained very close friends over the years and I have referred her to many of my co-workers and friends. Penny is literally our realtor for life! I moved to Denver, CO with my family back in 1997 and Penny helped my parents find their beautiful home in Highlands Ranch (where they still reside). Fourteen years later when it was time for me to purchase my own home, my husband and I sought out Pennys help. We have now been living in our home in Parker for three years.
