I have been a licensed realtor since 1994 and with RE/MAX Professionals for over 16 years. I am organized, a good listener to your wants and always do my very best to make sure your real estate experience is a great one. When listing a home, I do more than the average realtor. I have sources to help with painting, window repairs and replacements, staging, scoping sewer lines and more and meet with these vendors to coordinate things for my sellers. For buyers I do the legwork and preview homes to find just the right one. I have an easy going personality and have good negotiating skills to keep deals together. I am a Certified Residential Specialist, an Accredited Buyer Agent and have received yearly awards as a 5280 Five Star Real Estate Professional for the last 10 years.
