We recently worked with Jon Clark on the purchase of our home in the Denver area. His knowledge of the market and expertise was outstanding, along with the high standard of integrity and professionalism he displayed, which was genuine and consistent throughout the entire buying process. During the house hunting process, one of the things I personally appreciated was that he kept me focused on the must haves and didnt make me feel that I should settle so easily or quickly because of low inventory. When we did find the right home, Jon worked very hard to get us the best deal (in this tough market) and made sure we felt confident about all of our decisions the entire time. His counsel and advice during the negotiation and inspection process helped to keep the transaction running smoothly which was a huge stress reliever for us. If you're looking for a no joke straight up realtor that has your best interest at heart and is going to get the job done quickly and efficiently, don't waste your time, stop looking right now - THIS IS YOUR GUY! I don't typically write reviews, so I'm making an exception for Jon because his excellent industry knowledge, pricing accuracy, communication, and business savvy. He'll work like a dog for you and cover any all the details to tailor your housing transaction for your situation. If there's any delays or hiccups, its because the customer dropped the ball. If you don't use Jon, your probably working with your average used car salesman mentality agent that prevails in the industry. Using Jon greatly increases your chances to achieve a timely and successful real estate transaction on your terms.

Jon helped us recently sell our home in Littleton (the home he helped us purchase a few years back) and helped us sell our previous home in Highlands Ranch. We recently moved out of state prior to selling our home and Jon knew the anxiety we felt having to leave the house empty and would periodically check on the house for us. He made the process as easy as possible and accommodating at closing (considering we signed our aspect of the paperwork out-of-state). We highly recommend working for Jon. He is straightforward, easy to work with and a super nice guy.
