We were purchasing a home from out of state. Marilyn was very easy to work with and always very responsive and accommodating. We were flying in and staying in hotels to look at houses, so we wanted to minimize the amount of time we spent looking at things we wouldn't like -- and we had a rather unusual set of criteria. Marilyn did a lot of leg work up front and made sure that the list of houses would meet our needs.
