Britney was also our property manager. She did a great job marketing and renting our property. She is very experienced, knowledgeable and trust worthy. She worked very hard for us and did an excellent job keeping us informed during the selling of our property.

Britney served as the property manager for my rental property for several years and then as the real estate broker who sold the rental property. She is a straight shooter who is honest yet professional with her clients, and she offers practical solutions and advice. She's down to earth, easy to talk to, and extremely responsive to emails and phone calls. She listens well to her clients' preferences and needs, is proactive when necessary, and follows through on tasks in a very timely manner. I would work with Britney again in a heartbeat as either a property manager or real estate broker.

Britney was very helpful in providing options in my search since I was unsure about whether I wanted to purchase or rent a property. She provided excellent insight into pricing factors for the Pagosa area properties. She made arrangements, on short notice, to show several properties to me and my family. She was also aware, of the property that I purchased, which had not reached the market yet. She provided excellent advice on purchasing that property and guided the approval process while communicating with myself and the seller as well as providing an excellent source of financing. She did an excellent job.

Britney and her team were amazing! She especially showed patience through the entire process! She was always available when we were able to get to town to look at properties... often on a total whim! But through it all she stuck with us and always had our backs! Great Team!

Since I live out of the area, Britney's responsiveness, familiarity with the areas she works in and availability made my search for property much easier than it might have been. She is committed to her clients, obviously enjoys her work and seems to be available pretty much all the time. She is cheerful and has a good sense of humor. I look forward to working with her as she manages the property I just purchased in Pagosa.
