Erin Ryan

Erin is a 5th generation Coloradan, who has grown up in the South Metro Denver area and now lives in the Rifle, CO . She has over 13 years of real estate and right of way experience. As a service and sales expert who identifies customer needs and delivers solutions to problems she is also driven to exceed expectations while building long-term relationships with customers. Erin worked in new home sales for 3 years in communities across the the Front Range. Having represented a new home builder Erin is very familiar with the contracts, negotiating and building process if customers choose to build or by new.
