Anne-Britt has been amazing to work with in all facets of the home buying journey. My family has been looking for just the right location and property for many years and it has only been in the past few years that we landed on the Telluride area as our destination. In that time Anne-Britt has educated us on different areas, properties, regulations, remodel information and many specifics to each of the many properties we've seen. She is incredibly thorough, easy to work with, persistent to find answers to even our strangest requests and has an amazing knowledge of the area and properties surrounding Telluride. I was fortunate to find Anne-Britt while looking for property in the San Miguel / San Juan County area. I was looking for something unique but not quite sure exactly what that was going to be. It was a three year process & Anne-Britt was right there the entire time to research and continually keep me updated with market conditions, options, and also just check ins. Being a long time local and heavily integrated with the community, she excels at understanding the Market and the Area. When we found the perfect property, her approach / finesse to negotiating terms allowed us to come to terms with the seller quickly and did it in a way that was respectful. The property we went under contract had a very unique setup. Setting the stage with the seller up front and being incredibly proactive during closing allowed us to work through a few tough obstacles even as timelines needed to be extended. Anne-Britt masterfully managed this process and I am very grateful that she was on my team!

We stumbled upon her through and email inquiry and man, did we ever get lucky. Every step of the process was handled with the utmost level of professionalism and care. From our first communication through post-closing assistance, Anne-Britt has gone above and beyond to ensure that our questions and needs have been met.
