Bruce Bohn

My husband and I have owned a land parcel near Trinidad for quite a while. Being older and now health issues caused us to re-think relocating to Colorado from Texas. I knew Spanish Peaks Land Company had been around for quite a while and contacted Bruce Bohn about selling our property. From the initial conversation, I like Bruce's honest and straight forward answers about selling property. I contracted with Bruce, and he kept me updated on anyone looking at or interested in the property. Bruce always sent a text or called me if he sent an e-mail in case I missed it. I was fortunate in December to get a buyer for my property and the process and closing went extremely smooth.
