Tom Ladtkow

Tom is a Colorado native and the grandson of an original homesteader in western Colorado. He started his career in 1977 and has always enjoyed helping families realize their American dream of home ownership. Tom has extensive experience in selling bank owned and investment real estate. Most recently he obtained the Senior real estate specialist designation which helps older clients and their families transition to their next phase of life. Tom is a CRS( certified residential specialist) and a Realtor Emeritus which is given only to Realtors that have distinguished themselves with extraordinary production but also have given back to the community. Tom has been married 42 years and has two grown daughters. He enjoys riding motorcycles and flying his airplane around the western United States. Tom is active in his church and has been on the board of several charities that help people in need.
