Skip has been a licensed REALTOR since 1982, with Debbie joining him in 1993. Together, we provide double service to our clients and customers, with a wealth of knowledge, with our time in the industry, while keeping up on the current trends. Every transaction is unique, as everyone is unique and each sale is a new experience. We listen to needs and wants and match those as closely as we can to properties in our area. In our local REALTOR Association, both Skip and Debbie have served on the Board of Directors, both have been the Chair, Skip in 1994 & Debbie in 2018 , and both have been selected as REALTOR of the Year for the Pikes Peak Association of REALTORS, Skip in 1996 and Debbie in 2020.
