They were extremely knowledgeable in regards to pricing and what we needed to do in terms of improvements at the property. They both responded immediately when we called with questions or concerns. We had issues with the Town of Danbury during our sale and they were patient and understanding during the entire process which took many months to complete. They also knew names of workers who could help with jobs that needed to be done; this was extremely helpful.
