I cannot possibly write a review that does justice to how much we enjoyed working with Kim to sell our house quickly and for a great price. She went above and beyond in every aspect. As we were getting close to listing our home, Kim provided valuable feedback so we were able to make some last minute updates that helped raise our asking price to above where we were hoping to end up. Throughout the updating process she was in contact to check in but was never pushy. When it came time to list she recommended an amazing photographer, cleaner, and stager. I was hesitant to use these services, but am now glad that I did. They were all the best at what they do and made a huge difference. Her and her team were easy to talk to and provided quick, knowledgeable responses every time we called, texted or emailed. If it werent for her knowledge of the local market and great local contacts I dont believe we would have been able to sell for nearly what we did.

Kim Kendall is an outstanding realtor and impressive human being. Regardless of several challenges during the sale of my home, she was unflappable and always equipped with a viable solution. I benefited from her recommendation of a real estate attorney, extensive knowledge of the area and market, zoning laws, her experience with helpful city hall personnel and capable area repair contractors. I profited from her expertise and sharp negotiating skills. I should mention, she sold my home during a global pandemic and the death of her father. None of these life altering events affected her professionalism, but proved to me what an admirable person she is. Regardless of her commission earned, I feel indebted to her for her wealth of knowledge, integrity, sage advise, encouragement and support, guidance and confidence in this process. Stop your search for a realtor, she's the best!

Kim is a fantastic agent and helped us find just what we were looking for during the height of pandemic buying this summer. She is especially responsive and totally on point. This was our first time buying a home and she guided through the entire process. We are so incredibly grateful for her support and expertise. I was particularly impressed with the attention she gave the seller in presenting the house. It was well staged and featured (including great areal shots and a virtual tour) that really helped us get an accurate sense of the house which was truly helpful as an out-of-state buyer. Kim and her team were wonderful. Kim was on top of things right from the beginning. She walked us through the selling process before we got started. She explained how showings would be done to keep everyone safe during the pandemic. She helped us to present our house in the best possible way, and then sent a phenomenal photographer to capture that. She kept us informed throughout the process -- we always knew what was going on and how long it would take. When we had decisions to make Kim presented them to us, and when we asked, gave her opinion. In the end we got the price we wanted, a pleasant selling experience, and no stress. We highly recommend her and her team!
