Allison Stine

Before starting her real estate business in 2004, Allison spent 22 years in the hotel business, working as a General Manager for several hotel brands in the United States and Europe. It was during her hotel career that she honed her skills in business and customer service. Today she is the team leader of the Allison Stine Team at Northrop Realty where she leads a small group of highly skilled agents with offices in Bethany Beach and Newark, DE. Allison is a multi-year recipient of the Delaware Today 5-Star Realtor award and was recently named the Sussex County Association of Realtors - Realtor of the Year for 2016. Allison is a car enthusiast and is the committee chairperson for two popular car shows each year that raise thousands of dollars for veterans charities, children's charities, the homeless and the hungry and even our furry friends.
