Ashley Brosnahan

I was very fortunate that Ashley Brosnahan was recommended to me. Being new to the area, she had the local experience and insight to guide me through this purchase. I always felt like I could ask her anything at anytime and get an honest response. Should I ever need to sell, she will be my first call. When I win the lottery she will be my first call to get one of those nice ocean-front houses up on the beach ;-)

I have bought and sold six houses over the past 40 years. Ashley Brosnahan is by far the best realtor I have ever encountered . She knows the area she serves like the back of her hand. She listens carefully as you describe what you want to do, asks pertinent questions, offers her highly professional advice, and then embarks on her plan to serve you. She quickly found just the home in Bethany Beach that I had envisioned and then negotiated a great price for me to pay. When I had to sell the house after several years, I immediately turned to Ashley, and she found a buyer at a fair price in record time even though I had to sell out of season. I could not recommend her more highly!

She is friendly and approachable and we really loved that she was local to the area we were planning to purchase in. We were purchasing a second home and logistics could have been a problem since we live full time in Maryland. Ashley accommodated our schedule and gave us as much time as we needed on the weekends we were in Delaware. She has a fantastic support staff, including her husband whose background is in construction. When we had questions or different issues, Ashley or someone from her office would respond almost immediately. Buying a home is stressful, whether it's your first or 10th. Ashley and her team moved the process along quickly and professionally, negotiating various issues without missing a beat. We would refer Ashley to anyone looking for an agent. She is fantastic!

We went online looking at available homes and placed an inquiry on one, which triggered responses from many realtors, Ashley being one of the first. We responded to a couple just to see who we liked and thought we could trust. Her email to us was very welcoming so Ashley showed us our first home...we were only in town for a week and she was super accommodating of our schedule to try to see homes without taking too much time away from our vacation. She was so patient and relaxed with us, allowing us to roam around, take pictures, ask questions. She is very knowledgeable about the area and the whole process and we felt immediately comfortable with her. Ashley is not only a well-seasoned professional but clearly cares about her clients and took amazing care of us! Ashley has been awesome in every way and can't recommend her enough!!
