I diversified into sales in 2006 initially focusing on residential sales and rentals, then expanding into the commercial market in 2021. I am a Certified Property Manager (CPM) as presented by the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), and I hold an active Brokers license in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey. I am a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR) with memberships in Philadelphia, southern New Jersey and Delaware. I have worked alongside developers in high-rise, full gut conversion projects and successfully transitioned projects from developer to owner management. I have personally managed high-rise apartment communities, residential condominium and homeowner associations, in addition to professional and medical healthcare commercial facilities. My years of experience and vast knowledge in both the residential and commercial sides of the industry make me your best business partner!
