Andrew White and his team were wonderful! My brothers and I were selling our deceased parents home and none of us lived in the area. They took care of finding someone to do a good cleaning of the inside of the house and power washing and painting the front door area for a great first impression. They staged the various rooms in the house and took the photos and put it all online for prospective buyers. After meeting with them in person once, the rest was done via emails and phone calls. When the offers came in, they worked with us and our estate lawyer to determine the best offer and then took care of all the paperwork. It took only about six weeks from our first meeting to put the house up for sale, accept an offer and hold settlement. Andrew and his staff were all quite personable, helpful and available as needed.
