Michael started his real estate career with NVHomes in Gaithersburg, Maryland. Shortly thereafter he relocated to Rehoboth Beach where he has spent over a decade selling 100's of homes for NVHomes, Ryan Homes, and most recently was the Sales Manager managing all sales for Beazer Homes in Delaware and Maryland. Michael is excited to utilize his vast knowledge of new construction, building practices, and area expertise to assist his clients to buy and sell real estate! In 2018 & 2019 Michael was the #2 agent in the Keller Williams Realty Delaware Beach offices which is comprised of Lewes, Rehoboth Beach, Bethany Beach, Fenwick Island, and the surrounding inland towns. Michael closed over 55+ transactions in 2018 ($17.72 Million in volume) and 55+ transactions in 2019 ($17.71 Million in volume). In 2020 Michael and his team sold 102 homes ($46 Million in volume) making them one of the top 10 teams in all of Southern Delaware.
