We were new to Delaware, relocating from out of state. Terri was very helpful with helping us decide which towns in Delaware would suit our needs. Terri always made herself available for whenever we would be in DE. We purchased a short-sale and Terri was very patient and knowledgeable with the process, since this type of home purchase was a new experience for us. We had so many questions and Terri was able to answer each and every one. Terri made us feel as though we were her only clients.

Terri is nothing short of AWESOME!!!! I called Terri from California with a very specific list of requirements, and not necessarily the usual items for the Delaware area. Terri assured me she would get on it and within 24 hours had a listing of homes that met all the criteria for me to look at online. I had a VERY short window to look at homes (1 weekend). She moved her schedule around to accommodate me and my husband and help narrow the list to enough see in the timeframe allowed. She stayed late to write our offer to include closing in the short timeline required for my transfer to Delaware. Terri AGAIN went way beyond in negotiating the challenges that arose during the inspection and close process, being a true advocate on our behalf. On the less transactional side, she is kind, friendly and goes WAY BEYOND in her service to clients! A TRUE professional on all levels with a customer service ethic that does not fail!
